NOTE TO VENDORS:
To list an item, auctioned items incur a weekly fee of $2 per lot if over 20 items, $3 per lot if under 20 items.
All items are photographed and placed on our web page for the online sale, which is live every Sunday.
Seller premium is 20% of total sale.
One man pickup is $100. Two man pickup is $200
ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD, Payment for items auctioned are paid on the 3rd Saturday after the sale. If you have unsold items, we will re-auction those items, which incur another lotting in fee of $2, if over 20 items, or $3, if under 20 items.
If you pick up unsold items, or instruct us to dump your items, ONLY then can payment be made for your auctioned items.
TO ENQUIRE ON YOUR GOODS SOLD, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE ON 43229333 ON WEDNESDAY AFTER THE SUNDAY AUCTION.
Vendor enquiries are made on Wednesday. Call us, or drop in to our Auction Room on a WEDNESDAY to enquire about items sold, and, IF ALL YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN SOLD, request a cheque for Saturday pickup.
NO VENDOR ENQUIRIES FROM FRIDAY UNTIL SUNDAY; These are the days when our staff are busy preparing for the next auction, and our computers are being utilised for lotting in the auction, processing photographs and data for that auction.
Repeat Vendors payment every Saturday.
Drop off is Tuesday to Friday Lunchtime. Call to make an appointment.
ONCE AGAIN, CHEQUES FOR THE PROCEEDS OF THE SALE WILL ONLY BE WRITTEN APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS AFTER ALL GOODS ARE SOLD OR TAKEN BACK.
WE HAVE THIS POLICY TO ENSURE WE DO NOT PAY VENDORS FOR ITEMS SOLD AT AUCTION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR BY BIDDERS. THIS ALSO ENSURES THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR TIPPING FEES FOR ANY VENDOR GOODS THAT NEED TO BE DUMPED. UNSOLD ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL INCURE A TIPPING FEE IF NOT TAKEN BACK.
